Safety Instructions for Diamond Wheel :

- Improper use is dangerous and a safely guard must be mounted in place during the operation.
- Use only wheels having a max operation speed at least as high as "No Load Rpm" indicated on the tool's nameplate.
- Do not force tool. It will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it was intended.
- Dress a wheel with abrasive materials like abrasive wheel,sandstone etc, if it becomes dull.
- The life-time of diamond wheel differs on materials to be cut generally, the harder a material is the shorter life of wheel is.

Precautions for Operation:
- Before installation, check whether the abrasive wheel is cracked or deformed.
- Install the wheel carefully, check whether the power rotating shaft is reliable/concentric and the perpendicularity between the abrasive wheel's cross-section and the power shaft.
- Be sure to mount the protective cover.
- Keep steady operation and avoid violent collision during cutting.
- The wheel is not designed for water-cooling cutting.
- Make sealing and damp proofing treatment for storage of any abrasive wheel that is not to be used for a long time.
- Use carefully any wheel that has exceeded the date of production for above 1 year.
